Vintage bikes are quite en vogue now days and I thought this was a great representation of one that truly deserves envy. How hot would this bike be now if you could ride this priceless piece of German engineering around your hood? In 1934 it was made as a prototype and then packed away, only 70% complete until 2005. So you have seen black rims, and black rims with a silver lip but powdercoat black with a black lip and silver face? They look cool but I did have a consideration in the back of my mind of “OK, how often am I going to have to scrub in conspicuous yet hard to reach places to make these look clean.” These seem pretty easy to care for but maybe I’ll do an update once I find out for sure.

Nothing beats a well fitting winter coat. I bought a G-Star peacoat 2 years ago and it still looks awesome, fits great and has so much style to it that I could wear it for a few years and never get tired of the look. They always use quality materials and everything they make is really built to last. I love the coat and the brand – everything is kinda raw and military inspired and just by coincidence they use a lot of black. A must have for the season and for years to come…

I am riding the MS150 this year and have been ogling a road bike for some time. I would love to speed through the hills and turns on this in lieu of a K2 mountain bike but 1 bike > no bike. If you are in the market for a cool looking bike with some nifty features this bike is pretty cool for the money. Fully-butted alloy frame, carbon fork, Shimano Ultegra 10 speed shifters, Shimano 505 clipless pedals, Shimano RS-10 Rims 14g with black spokes and wrapped with some Michelin Dynamic tires. BALLER! Riding a motorcycle is fun but riding safe is better. Riding without a helmet is just plain stupid. I recently picked up a motorcycling hobby after wanting to start riding for a long time and finally taking the beginner riding course at the local community college. I was told by my instructor when I asked how much should I pay for a helmet, “how much is your head worth.” Some people might say not much, but I disagree. This helmet is one of the best, most comfortable and effortless helmets out there and while it is very pricey, your head is worth it. Plenty of vents and padding and it comes in a sweet matte black finish that is easy to clean up with a little soap and water. Motorcycles are awesome.
