Riding a motorcycle is fun but riding safe is better.  Riding without a helmet is just plain stupid.  I recently picked up a motorcycling hobby after wanting to start riding for a long time and finally taking the beginner riding course at the local community college.  I was told by my instructor when I asked how much should I pay for a helmet, “how much is your head worth.”  Some people might say not much, but I disagree.  This helmet is one of the best, most comfortable and effortless helmets out there and while it is very pricey, your head is worth it.  Plenty of vents and padding and it comes in a sweet matte black finish that is easy to clean up with a little soap and water.  Motorcycles are awesome.

So fine, I don’t actually own a motorcycle which is yes, uncool.  I know a really fast death machine would make me exponentially cooler and it would be sweet to roll up to every event and do a wheelie, or just jump over stuff like Evil Knievel (I met him before he died, does that count?).  Anyway – I think it would be awesome to do the trick in the video below or just own something as sweet and fast as this without it being a car and taking tons of fuel to do it so I’ll toast to my next purchase (maybe).

What world is all black and looks awesome?  TRON.  A really definitive movie from 1982 has been brought new life by Disney and stars Jeff Bridges again as Kevin Flynn or Clu.  If you haven’t seen TRON is just as groundbreakingly futuristic as Blade Runner and will make you really really want a Legacy Bike.  Check out the trailer in hi-def here.

I could have posted the 1100 but we need not get crazy.  This is a very cool bike which builds on the appeal of the Monster.  While it carries a funny name, it is a very serious bike.  According to Ducati, “The Hypermotard concept created an innovative segment that bridged the gap between hyper-sports bikes and supermotards.
